4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across eligible locations within the United Arab Emirates.

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make payment.
• Repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases or cancellation of future orders.
• We reserve the right to refuse COD service for certain products, locations, or customers at our discretion.
• If a COD order is returned because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect address, we may decline future COD orders from that customer.
